Ok, so I might have gone a little overboard in my search for the best holiday gift items from ULTA. There are just so many choices! If you haven’t been to the makeup mecca that is ULTA, you need to get there stat. I had an absolute blast on my shopping spree at the awesome shop selecting my top ULTA picks to share wiith you guys for the holidays! After playing and wearing and trying everything I received, I have declared the best of the best. Here are my absolute favs:
Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette
Oh my goodness, do I love this palette. The shades are absolutely amazing, highly pigmented, and super easy to blend.
