Who’s ready to spend Memorial Day at sea with the Captain?!
My friends at Captain Morgan challenged me to create a signature rum punch for this occasion. Inspired by the spirit of the Captain himself, I concocted an ocean-inspired cocktail that conjures up the essential summer flavors, perfect for consumption on your three-day weekend. It features my fav of their three new flavors, Captain Morgan Pineapple Rum. Get ready to channel the beach and live like a pirate at your Memorial Day barbecue with The Captain’s Party Punch! The Captain’s Party Punch
Ingredients
- 9 oz. Captain Morgan Pineapple Rum
- 9 oz. Blue Hawaiian Punch
- 6 oz. Sprite
- 2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- Swedish fish (I got mine from Sugarfina – so good!)
- Cherries and pineapples (for garnish)
- Yellow straws
- Cocktail pirate swords
- Pirate flag picks
Directions
Shake over ice and serve in a half-gallon fish bowl with 6 straws. Add Swedish Fish and garnish with a cherry and pineapple slice on a pirate sword. Stab garnish with pirate flag. Enjoy your party!
