If you take a peek at the abundance of selfies on my Instagram account, you’ll see that my hair is naturally very fine and thin. Working with this hair type has always been a struggle – but losing some of that hair is even worse.
Thinning hair is one of those sensitive issues no one wants to talk about because we regard hair as a symbol of beauty and femininity. Hair loss can occur for a multitude of reasons – genetics, nutrition, stress, you name it. Unfortunately, I have many of these factors working against me.

There are six different types of system kits which I think is awesome. Not everyone has the same hair type, so obviously there isn’t one universal formula that will work on everyone. I used System Kit 3 which is specially designed for normal to thin-looking, fine, chemically treated hair. It amplifies hair texture while refreshing the scalp and providing moisture balance to colored hair. The shampoo and conditioner also left my hair feeling squeaky clean – but not stripped – and very soft. Each product in the system has an invigorating scent and gives off a tingling feeling on the scalp. It still creates a very luxurious experience even though it is battling a less than sexy problem.
