Apple Pie Moonshine Recipe

Apple Pie Moonshine

Happy almost Thanksgiving, everyone! I’m home visiting Florida for the holiday and one of my fav things to do is create treats in the kitchen with my mom. We whipped up an apple pie moonshine recipe that I’m now obsessed with (and currently drinking). It’s the perfect fall cocktail to sip on while you’re cooking the turkey! Read on for the recipe below.

Ingredients:

10 cups apple cider or juice (Both work, but get Trader Joe’s brand either way!)

1 1/2 cups of Everclear

1 cup vanilla Vodka (I like Stoli Vanil!)

1/2 teaspoon of apple pie spice

1 whole apple studded with 1 whole clove

Instructions:

Combine the apple juice, Everclear, Vodka, and apple pie spice in a large pot. Stir ingredients then place clove studded apple in the center. Simmer on low-medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Once cool, pour liquid in mason jars and refrigerate overnight. Cheers!
