Demi Moore - Makeup by Charlotte Tilbury

Is it just me or does Demi Moore look like she hasn’t aged in 20 years? Maybe it’s her makeup! ūüėČ

Last night at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, presenter Demi Moore stunned in a vintage Zac Posen gown with a timeless makeup look created by celeb makeup artist (and creator of some of the best products ever) Charlotte Tilbury.

Tilbury said, ‚ÄúDemi and I wanted the makeup to match the elegance of the Zac Posen gown. I chose to go with my signature Dolce Vita eye look to enhance Demi‚Äôs amazing green eyes.‚ÄĚ

I got the scoop on the steps she took to create Demi’s look:

To prep Demi’s skin and ensure a flawless canvas, Charlotte applied Magic Cream to the entire face and then Magic Eye Rescue to the eye area. Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow was applied to create a flawless soft focus finish, which acted as the perfect base to the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation in 6 Medium.

Charlotte applied Charlotte Tilbury Mini Miracle Eye Wand in Shade 2 underneath the eyes, then used The Retoucher Concealer in 3 Medium where needed and rid the skin of any unwanted oils with a dusting of Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Skin Perfecting Micro-Powder in 3 Dark.

Next, Charlotte used Charlotte Tilbury Brow Lift in Cara D to perfect Demi’s brows and frame her face.

For the eyes, Charlotte applied her¬†Luxury Palette in The Dolce Vita¬†to make Demi‚Äôs green eyes sparkle, and then applied¬†Charlotte Tilbury Rock ‚ÄėN‚Äô Kohl in Barbarella Brown¬†in a feline flick¬†on the top lash line¬†to elongate her beautiful lashes. The eyes were finished with¬†Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes Mascara¬†on top and bottom lashes.

Charlotte then used Hollywood favorite Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow in Light-Medium to highlight and add a subtle glow.

Charlotte applied Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blusher onto the apples of Demi’s cheeks.

To complete the look, Charlotte lined Demi’s lips with Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Hollywood Honey and followed with Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bond Girl.

Kim Kardashian Makeup Tutorial: InStyle Awards Beauty Look

Kim Kardashian

It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian (and her trendsetting, always-on-point makeup artist Mario¬†Dedivanovic) basically own the beauty space.

Preggo Kim stunned on the red carpet yet again last night at the first-ever InStyle Awards, which honored the actors, designers, and artists who define the red carpet trends. Kim was on hand to present the Makeup Artist of the Year Award to the amazing Charlotte Tilbury (also part owner of the beauty space).

Kim was also wearing Charlotte on her face, in the form of a glowing bronze look to complement her white Valentino gown. No surprise – the look was expertly applied by Mario.¬†Here’s how he created it:

Voila! Instant Kardashian.

Get the Look: Sienna Miller’s Flawless Makeup at the Oscars

87th Annual Academy Awards - Arrivals

American Sniper star Sienna Miller stunned on the red carpet last night with a 1960s Audrey Hepburn-inspired makeup look created by the fabulous Charlotte Tilbury.

Together, Sienna Miller worked collaboratively with her long-time friend that she has proclaimed as being the ‚Äúqueen of the cat eye‚ÄĚ to kick her glamorous look, driven by her Oscar de la Renta gown, into high gear.

I love love love Charlotte’s products, so I just had to know what she used to give Sienna that glow.

Want to know how to get the same look? I got the scoop:

  1. Charlotte Tilbury applied her¬†Goddess Skin Clay Mask,¬†a product that Charlotte says ‚Äúis the key to shrinking pores and tightening the skin, leaving you with a perfectly dewy, plumped and revived red carpet glow.‚ÄĚ
  2. Charlotte‚Äôs Magic Cream¬†‚Äď Charlotte‚Äôs ‚Äúsecret to red carpet skin‚ÄĚ-¬†and¬†Wonderglow¬†were applied to hydrate the skin and create a soft-focus which is ‚Äúamazing for HDTV.‚ÄĚ
  3. Charlotte then applied Light Wonder Foundation in 6 Medium and 7 Medium, then the Retoucher Concealer in 2 Fair under the eyes and 3 Medium for the rest of Sienna’s face.
  4. Next, Airbrush Powder Flawless Finish Powder in 1 Fair and 2 Medium was applied only to the T-Zone to control shine while keeping from taking away from the dewiness on the rest of the skin.
  5. To enhance Sienna’s eyebrows, Charlotte used Brow Lift in Grace K and Cara D.
  6. Rock ‚ÄėN‚Äô Kohl Eye Pencil in Bedroom Black¬†and¬†The Feline Flick Quick Fine Line Shodo Pen¬†were used over the lash line to dramatically define the eyes.
  7. Using her¬†Eye Smudger Brush¬†and¬†The Eyeshadow Luxury Palette in The Sophisticate, and Full Fat Lashes, Charlotte accentuated Sienna‚Äôs ‚Äúwinged‚ÄĚ eyes, focusing on the crease and lash line areas.
  8. To enhance the cheekbones, Charlotte applied Filmstar Bronze & Glow with the Powder & Sculpt Brush, following the hollows of the cheeks and along the jaw line with the bronzer and applying the highlighter shade to the top of the cheekbones.
  9. To further accentuate Sienna’s features, Beach Sticks in Moonbeach and Ibiza were used to illuminate and sculpt.
  10. To prep the lips, Charlotte used Lip Love Lip Scrub and Lip Magic. Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pillow Talk was applied to mimic the pigment of Sienna’s lips and filled in with K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Bitch Perfect.
  11. For an all over glow, Charlotte applied Supermodel Body all over Sienna’s limbs.

The official #GlamBeauty100 results went live this week, but before I share them with you, I just have to recap the fabulousness that went down on my trip to LA with my #GlamFam.

My epic beauty adventure kicked off with my arrival at the Petit Ermitage, a unique boutique hotel in my favorite part of Cali, West Hollywood.

We were welcomed with an amazing dinner at The Church Key where they whipped up alcoholic popsicles right at our table. (Throughout the trip we also dined at other killer restaurants including PettyCash. Get the ‚ÄúDrunk in Love‚ÄĚ ‚Äď trust me.)

The next day we woke up bright and early to get dolled up at Salon Benjamin for the big event. We had lunch on the (seriously fairytale style) roof and then headed over to the (amazingly adorable) beauty boutique Blushington for the official #GlamBeauty100 testing festivities!

We donned lab coats and dove into thousands of products to vote which ones are the best of 2014! I was like a kid in a candy store.

Coachella Beauty Musts from Celebrity Makeup Artist Charlotte Tilbury

coachella

Festival season is upon us! If you are headed out to Coachella this weekend, take these tips from the amazing Charlotte Tilbury. Charlotte is an international makeup artist who has spent decades spent creating unsurpassed beauty looks on famous faces like Kate Moss, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna. I am totally with her on all of these recommendations and I’m thrilled that she shared them with me so I can share them with you guys!

The desert setting means dewy, creamy textures work well, rather than powder-based products which can slip off in the heat. These tips from Charlotte will keep you looking gorgeous from Coachella to Governor’s Ball and everywhere in between (like SunFest for the girls in my neck of the woods!). Read on and prepare to get glammed up festival style:

  • Coachella is all about fringed crop-tops, and leg-baring denim cut-offs; so make like Gisele and use a moisturizing, gleam-getting, gorgeous illuminator cream to highlight your arms, legs, and d√©colletage. For the face, mix a high SPF with a light-reflecting illuminator like Tom Ford‚Äôs Summer Skin Illuminator for glowing protection. Build up the sheen on temples, cheeks and nose to mimic where the sun would light up the face.
  • Create a seductive smoky eye in seconds with a cr√®me eye shadow pen ‚Äď you can keep it in your shoulder bag. Sweep over the eyelids, smudging outwards and upwards with your finger to create a winged look. For added summer sexiness, smudge underneath the lower lash line too.
  • Add a pop of color to bronzed, freckled skin by using a striking stain on the lips ‚Äď experiment with eye-catching coral, berry and plum tones of Becca‚Äôs Beach Tint. Cheat a smattering of freckles by painting them in using a soft, taupe eyeliner.
  • Lipstick is your best friend. Vamp up your ethereal maxi-dress with a crimson pout and blend a little color onto the apples of the cheeks for an effortlessly pretty, dewy glow.
  • Keep a little stash of pointed Q-tips, some face-wipes (festival is the only acceptable occasion to use these!) and a mini pot of moisturizer in your emergency kit. A Q-tip can help fix a poised feline flick on even the wildest of dance floors.
