I am thrilled to be one of the lucky few who got to preview the much anticipated Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette before it launches in stores. As expected, like its predecessors, it’s awesome. Urban Decay packed their newest Naked palette with a dozen sultry, smoky neutrals — nine never-before-seen shades and three exclusives.
